The upcoming Mario Party Superstars is taking a rather interesting approach. Rather than delivering new boards and minigames like you’d expect from a new mainline console instalment in the series, it is instead going to be a greatest hits affair as it brings back various boards and minigames from across the first ten numbered Mario Party games from across the N64, GameCube, Wii, and Wii U years.
Recently, Nintendo revealed the full list of 100 minigames that will be available in the game on their Japanese website (via Reddit), which you can check out below. By and large the majority of the focus is on the N64 era of the series, though there’s quite a few minigames from the GameCube Mario Party games as well. Only six minigames in total from the two Wii games are included, and three from Wii U’s Mario Party 10. You can check out the full list below.
Mario Party Superstars launches for the Nintendo Switch on October 29.
