Industry veteran Geoff Keighley’s The Game Awards is a lavish celebration of the very best that the medium offers in a year, and this year’s event is scheduled to go live on December 9th. While there are a lot of details still shrouded in mystery surrounding the event, Keighley himself has confirmed the appearance of another industry veteran for the show.
Reggie Fils-Aime, ex-president of Nintendo of America, has been confirmed as one of the presenters for this year’s The Game Awards, as revealed in a tweet by Keighley. Other confirmed presenters for the event are The Last of Us Part 2 actor Laura Bailey and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings star Simu Liu. In addition to this, fans can expect performances by artists such as Imagine Dragons and Slash.
TGA 2021 seems to be shaping up as a packed event, and it has been hinted that fans can look forward to a ton of surprises. Voting for the first round of the awards are also live, so interested fans should definitely give their votes at the earliest.
It wouldn’t be #TheGameAwards without him!
