Dark Souls Patch To End Glitches, Well Most Of Them

Posted By | On 17th, Oct. 2011

So are you enjoying exploiting the game for a lot of souls? Well, From Software has noticed, so try to get as many as possible before the glitches are not possible. The new patch balances a few things and also fixes some of the glitches people are seeing online.

Fixes to certain spells and effects:

  • Magic Shield, Strong Magic Shield
  • Tranquil Walk of Peace
  • Ring of Fog
  • Unlimited uses of magic and items
  • Regular weapons rebalanced against reinforced weapons
  • Adjustments to the player matching conditions
  • Loading problems when switching between maps

That patch is only listed for the PS3 right now, but should be for the Xbox 360 as well, and From Software hasn’t mentioned when we will be seeing the patch live. Tell us what you think in the comments section below
