Mario Strikers: Battle League is going to be the first new Mario Strikers game in a long, long time, so it goes without saying that fans are more than a little excited to dive into its bombastic football offerings. And while what we’ve seen of the game so far has definitely looked promising, it looks like some aspects of the experience are going to disappoint quite a few.

Nintendo has revealed the full lineup of characters who will be playable in the game at launch. There will be 10 of them in total- Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Peach, Rosalina, Toad, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Wario, Waluigi. Character art has also been revealed for each of them. Check it out below.

There are some notable omissions here, of course, with Daisy being one that has been pointed out by fans quite a few times already (and we’re not expecting that to stop anytime soon). The fact that the roster is just 10 characters strong is also bound to disappoint the few.

Of course, Nintendo did add quite a bit of content to both Mario Tennis Aces and Mario Golf: Super Rush after they came out, with both being criticized for being light on content upon launch, so the hope is that they’ll follow a similar path here. It is disappointing nonetheless that at launch, the game is looking like it’ll be quite light, at least where its roster is concerned.

Mario Strikers: Battle League launches for the Nintendo Switch on June 10.
