The wait for a new Mario Strikers game has been a long one, but the next installment in Nintendo’s over-the-top football series is arriving soon with Mario Strikers: Battle League. Ahead of its launch in a little over a month, Nintendo is kicking the game’s marketing into gear, and has revealed a new overview trailer to go over its key features. Check it out below.

The action-packed and bombastic gameplay that’s associated with the Mario Strikers games is on full display here, and the trailer shows various characters going at it with and against each other amidst fiery football matches. That said, fans might be concerned by the content the game’s promising to launch with, based on this trailer.

In particular, when it comes to single player modes, it seems like the game isn’t going to have much on offer at launch, while the roster of playable characters also has just 10 characters, with a few notable omissions such as Daisy. Hopefully there’s more in store that Nintendo will detail in the coming days, though there’s every chance that a lot of the content is being saved for post-launch updates, similar to Mario Tennis Aces and Mario Golf: Super Rush.

Mario Strikers: Battle League is out for the Nintendo Switch on June 10.
