Cuphead The Delicious Last Course

Studio MDHR’s Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course, the long-awaited paid expansion for the acclaimed run ‘n gun side-scroller, has received a new trailer at the Summer Game Fest. It sees Ms Chalice battling a new boss who unleashes all manner of ice and snow attacks. There’s a lot to unpack but check out the trailer below for yourself.

Along with utilizing a new weapon that fires three lightning projectiles in wide patterns, Ms Chalice is capable of double jumping, parrying by dashing in the air and more. The boss fight is also pretty spectacular, starting on the ground before transitioning into a test of platforming prowess.

Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course is out on June 30th for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch. To battle the new bosses, players will receive new weapons and charms. After unlocking Ms Chalice, one can replay the base game as her, using her unique abilities to approach old encounters in new ways.
