It’s been a little over a year since developer GoldKnights and publisher Prime Matter announced action RPG The Last Oricruand though we haven’t seen an awful lot of it since then, it’s sure looked like an intriguing prospect, thanks primarily to how its setting is blending medieval and sci-fi elements. Previously confirmed to be launching sometime in 2022, via a trailer at Gamescom, Prime Matter has now announced the title’s exact release date.

The Last Oricru will be out in October, and Prime Matter has also released a new trailer to offer another glimpse at the upcoming action RPG. The game places an emphasis on choice and consequence mechanics that will supposedly have an impact not only on the story and the way things unfold, but also visual elements within the world itself. According to the developers, players can also expect a deep customization system, challenging and rewarding combat, couch co-op, and more. Check out the trailer below.

The Last Oricru will launch on October 13 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
