Buried Treasure is similar to the Lore collectibles found in God of War Ragnarok but there are two parts to them. Firstly, you will have to find the Treasure Map and then secondly, you will find the Treasure itself. There map is basically a picture followed by a written clue in each Realm that helps you get to the Buried Treasure itself.

All Buried Treasure Locations in God of War Ragnarok

Buried Treasure in Svartalfheim Realm

Modvitnir’s Rig – Fruits of Industry

When you get the Fruits of the Industry Treasure map, you can come back to the Modvitnir’s Rig. Here you will see a ledge primarily on your right and alongside it, you will see the Buried Treasure.

Dragon Beach – Washed Ashore

When you get the Washed Ashore Treasure map, you must go back to Dragon Beach. There is a large skeleton on the right side of that area. On the foot of that skeleton, you will find the Buried Treasure.

The Applecore – Mining Glory

In the location of Applecore, you will find the Mystic Gateway. Take that path down and back towards the next room across the spear. When you crawl from that area, you will get toward the central spiral. From there again go down, circling right and you will find a small opening there. The hidden Treasure in applecore is right there.

Buried Treasure in Alfheim Realm

The Barrens – Vulture’s Gold

In the area of the Barrens, you will find a giant skeleton of some creature on the northeast side. It is big enough that you can literally go inside the mouth of the creature. Get into the mouth and on the front of the jaw, you will see the Buried Treasure.

Forbidden Sands – Forgotten Tower

There is a large tower when you enter the Forbidden Sands and take the north route. It has grapple points, which allow you to go up. On the extreme left side, you will find the Buried Treasure there.

Buried Treasure in Vanaheim Realm

Goddess Falls – Under the Rainbow

In the Goddess Falls, you will literally have to go up the walls, and on the edge of the cliff’s right side, you will see the Buried Treasure there up front.

River Delta – Giant’s Toes

When you get the Giant’s Toes Treasure map, you can go next to the Brok’s Workshop, and from behind the Mystic Gateway, you will find the Buried Treasure.

The Plains – A Scar is Born

When you got the Crater water back and then went to The Plains, you need to go east from there till there is a large arch stone of circular structure ahead. From there go down and you will find the Buried Treasure up front.

Buried Treasure in Midgard Realm

Lake of Nine – Viking’s Gift

On the Tyr’s Temple East side, you have to take the left-most path after the bridge appears. Continue to the narrow path that comes and at the right side end, you will find the Buried Treasure.

Lake of Nine – Demise of Dagestr

The second Buried Treasure is also at the Lake of Nine. Here you will find the Mystic Gateway and after passing through it, you need to go toward the building’s other side on the right. There is ice, which you have to blow up and from there go down a path that is new. There are enemies which you can kill by using the explOding pot. After you get rid of the enemies, you can find the Buried Treasure behind you.
