Blizzard Entertainment has released the first gameplay trailer for Season 2 of Overwatch 2. Kicking off on December 6th, it adds a new Tank in Ramattra, and a new Escort map, Shambali. There’s also a new Battle Pass with various new Epic and Legendary skins. Of course, the second Mythic Skin is included, which turns Junker Queen into Zeus.
Like Cyber Demon for Genji, the Zeus Junker Queen skin is customizable. The theme for the season seems to be Greek mythology. Various skins turn heroes into Greek deities and beings – Widowmaker becomes Medusa, Lucio turns into Hermes, Ramattra is Poseidon, and so on. A new limited-time mode, Battle for Olympus, will also be coming.
The Christmas event is returning and adds new skins for Bastion, Echo, Brigitte, and Mei, with at least one of these earned for free by playing. Kiriko and Genji also get some sleek new skins.
