Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for its upcoming action RPG Blue Protocol. The trailer, titled Welcome to Regnas, gives an overview of the game, the setup to its story, and even its world. Check out the trailer below.

Interestingly enough, the new trailer shows off quite a bit of Blue Protocol‘s gameplay. Featuring a third-person perspective, the game is a hack-and-slash RPG that also emphasises online co-op multiplayer. While most quests can be done solo, the game will also feature difficult high-end challenges that needs players to assemble a team.

Blue Protocol features five unique playable classes, each with their own weapons, abilities, and playing styles. The trailer also goes a bit into character customisation, which includes the ability to equip armor, clothes, accessories, and mounts.

Blue Protocol doesn’t yet have a solid release date, but the trailer’s description has revealed that it will be coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S as a free-to-play release in the second half of 2023. The game also got a trailer during The Game Awards.
