Destiny 2 Lightfall

The pursuit of Power in Destiny 2 consistently presents a formidable challenge. Whether you aim to be prepared for day one of a Raid, or simply desire a smoother path to a higher Power level, rapidly reaching the maximum Power cap is crucial. Fortunately, Destiny offers numerous effective methods for swift leveling, and this guide highlights the finest among them.

Best Leveling Techniques in Destiny 2: Lightfall

One of the best and perhaps the easiest ways to level up in Lightfall is to ensure you finish the Legendary campaign. This will grant you 1,770 gear, which is several levels above the expansion’s soft pack. Next up, you should definitely go after completing the challenging pinnacles. This will net you higher rewards, specially the Partition activity on Neomuna.

You should also make it a point to go after end game activities like Raids. Although a tad difficult, these end game activities will net you with multiple rewards. You should also try and redeem Prime Engrams whenever possible, and collect the Legendary and Blue engram drops.

And finally, by participating Vanguard or Gambit matches, you can get Pinnacles. Although they are not a lot, but something is better than nothing. Right?

Destiny 2 – Lightfall Soft Cap Explained (Max Level 1,750)

You begin the Lightfall expansion at power level 1,600 but you have to reach the soft level of 1,750. There is nothing much to guide here, just keep on playing the game and sooner or later you will reach the game’s soft cap of 1750.

Destiny 2 – Lightall Power Cap Explained (Max Level 1,800)

This is where the grind begins. Reaching a power level of 1800 requires a lot of hard work. You can reach this level by finishing weekly activities like 8x Crucible Vendor bounties, 8x Vanguard vendor bounties and 8x Gunsmith Vendor bounties. You can also partake in Nimbus reputation challenges and also complete the Dares of Eternity.

Destiny 2 – Lightfall Pinnacle Cap (Max Level 1,810)

But wait! There is more. In order to reach the Pinnacle cap of 1810, you will have to play even harder. The grind is going to get tough here but we have a few tips for here to make your journey a tad easier. Do  note that you can only increase your power level using Pinnacles beyond this point.

So, again ensure you are participating in weekly matches like Crucible and Gambit. Try and finish the raid (which is going to be pretty difficult in itself), the weekly campaign mission and the 3 X Defiant Battlegrounds playlist matches. You can also try and earn a ton of points during Nightfall strike or Dares of Eternity. And finally, I also recommend you to finish the Spire of the Watcher dungeon.
