Techland’s Dying Light 2 Stay Human is getting a big new update on April 20th, containing improvements to the game’s combat system and the long-awaited Gear Transmog. In the recent Future Games Show Spring Showcase, franchise director Tymon Smektala also said the developer would discuss mod support and modded maps next month.
A sneak peek at the second paid story DLC was also revealed in new concept art of an overgrown street and the abandoned Morlech Asylum. It’s out in late 2023, per the recent roadmap. Another update is coming in June, adding a new Night Experience, Roaming Volatiles and Parkour Flow improvements, so stay tuned for more details.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Check out our official review here. A cloud version is also in development for Nintendo Switch, though it still doesn’t have a launch date.
