Overwatch 2 - Hero Mastery

A new single-player focused mode is available in Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch 2 with Hero Mastery. You don’t need the Premium Battle Pass or the Invasion story missions to access it. Check out the release trailer below.

Hero Mastery presents courses with jump pads, bots and other obstacles, with players clearing all of them to reach the finish line as quickly as possible. You earn a higher score based on the Emblems collected, bots defeated and total time. Three heroes are currently available – Tracer, Mercy and Reinhardt – each with three unique courses and different difficulties – Recruit, Agent and Expert.

Completing all three courses for a hero grants a Player Icon, Name Card and Battle Pass XP. You can also compete in the leaderboards with the Top 500 players showcased in each region. Though only three heroes are available now, Winston and Sojourn are coming later in Season 6.

Additional courses and heroes are planned for future seasons, so stay tuned. In the meantime, a new limited-time event is available until September 25th, which grants a Weapon Charm, Souvenir, Spray and Title upon completing its challenges.
