Lies of P developer Neowiz seems to be working on a DLC release for the Soulslike title. Spotted by X user Okami Games, a listing for the position of quest planner on the studio’s official job board indicates that it is hiring more staff to work on the DLC.
There is quite a bit of speculation on the nature of the DLC, especially when taking into account that Lies of P presents an opening for more stories to be told in the setting. A post-credits scene in the game indicates that we might see another classic fairy tale character get thrown in the mix. Spoilers below.
The post-credits scene in question for Lies of P has Paracelsus stating “I will find her, for sure. Another key of ours: Dorothy.” The Dorothy mentioned in the cutscenes hints strongly to the presence of the protagonist of the classic story The Wizard of Oz.
Lies of P was released in September to quite a bit of critical acclaim. The game is out on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. For more details, check out our review.
