Nintendo has announced that January 17 will see the addition of two legendary RPGs from the Game Boy Advance on to the Nintendo Switch’s online service. Nintendo Switch Online will see the addition of Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age to its roster of classic games. The RPG duo was confirmed to be coming to the service nearly a year ago, but a release date had remained elusive until now.

Nintendo made the release announcement in a post on Twitter, along with a short trailer showcasing the classic RPGs, which are widely considered to be two of the best titles in the Game Boy Advance’s already-impressive line-up.

Among other things, the trailer shows off some of the key gameplay features of the Golden Sun games, such as the ability to summon epic creatures for massive attacks, as well as the ability to combine different elemental attacks for new effects that could help in taking down more powerful enemies.

Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age, being Game Boy Advance titles, will only be available to players subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pass, rather than being available for base Nintendo Switch Online subscribers.
