Developer Teyon has released a new update for RoboCop: Rogue City, bringing a previously-promised and much-awaited new feature to the game—New Game Plus. With the release of the update, players can now play through the entire story mode of the game again with all of their previously-unlocked skills and Auto-9 upgrades.

To unlock New Game Plus, players will have to finish the game after the update has been applied. This means that those that may have already finished the game will have to load up the last save made by the title just before the game is finished. Doing this will automatically create a new save game, which players can then access to start New Game Plus.

Alongside New Game Plus, RoboCop: Rogue City is also getting a new unlockable in the form of a Golden skin for the Auto-9, which players can use as soon as they beat the game. There is also now a new difficulty mode, titled There Will be Trouble, which makes all challenges in RoboCop: Rogue City deadlier.

RoboCop: Rogue City is out on PC, pS5 and Xbox Series X/S. For more details on the game, check out our review. The studio has also revealed that it currently has no plans for DLC or a full-fledged sequel to the title.

RoboCop: Rogue City New Game Plus update patch notes:

  • Added a New Game Plus mode
  • Added a new difficulty: “There Will be Trouble”
  • Added a new unlockable Golden Auto-9 skin, available once NG+ is available
  • Added more Auto-9 Chips and Boards
  • Fixed the shooting mode not properly resetting when exiting interiors
  • Fixed RoboCop’s right hand disappearing when grabbing a human enemy while unaliving them
  • Fixed the Stolen Vehicle investigation being skipped if Ben immediately opened the locker
