The upcoming Summer Game Fest is shaping up to be a packed two-hour event, with a number of games already having been confirmed for the show, from Metaphor: ReFantazio and Monster Hunter Wilds to SlitterheadSkateand more. Recently, it was claimed that Sony would also be making a first-party announcement at the show, in spite of just having had its own event in the form of a new State of Play, and we may now know what that announcement is going to be.

Last month, it was claimed that a LEGO-themed game based on Guerrilla and Sony’s Horizon game was in development under the name LEGO Horizon Adventures. Now, prominent leaker billbil-kun has claimed in a report on Dealabs that the game will be unveiled at Summer Game Fest.

As per the leaker, LEGO Horizon Adventures is going to be an action-adventure game that’ll be playable solo or co-op. It will, interestingly enough, also be releasing simultaneously for PS5 and PC, with co-op supporting cross-play across both platforms. The game will allegedly require a PSN account on PC, similar to other recently announced PlayStation titles on the platform, which will also mean that it won’t be sold on Steam in over 170 countries.

The report claims that pre-orders for LEGO Horizon Adventures will go live shortly after its announcement at Summer Game Fest, with standard and deluxe editions being available. When exactly the game will release or what price it’ll be available for is unknown, but apparently we’ll learn all of that and more soon enough, so stay tuned for further updates.
