Naughty Dog, Iron Galaxy, and Nixxes have finally revealed details on The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered‘s PC version. In addition to developer commentary, Lost Levels, and the rogue-like No Return, they outline PC-exclusive features including 4K and support for Nvidia DLSS 3 Super Resolution, AMD FSR 3.1 and even the new AMD FSR 4 (with Frame Generation).
You can cap or uncap the frame rate and adjust options like Shadow Quality, Volumetric Quality, Ambient Occlusion, Texture Quality, LOD Distance Range, and Reflection Quality. DirectStorage is also supported alongside Ultrawide monitors. The latter allows for resolutions from 21:9 Ultrawide, 32:9 Super Ultrawide, and 48:9, along with triple-monitor support.
Keyboard and mouse support with key remapping are available, and players can set up to two bindings for each. An adaptive mode even allows for combining inputs from the keyboard and controllers. And, of course, DualSense controllers are fully usable with haptic feedback enabled.
The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered launches on April 3rd for PC. Stay tuned for more details and check out our review of the PS5 version.
