Things seem like they're getting quite personal for the Fadens, who might be very different from when we last met them.

Remedy Entertainment’s Control Resonant has given us a peek behind the curtain, showcasing its voice cast bringing the game’s characters to life in ways that Remedy seems very thrilled with.

The makers note how building relationships with the cast behind the characters helped them craft increasingly ambitious stories and test new ideas with actors they had a solid working relationship with. They’re especially happy with Courtney Hope and Sean Durrie, who play Jessie and Dylan, respectively. The footage shows them having a great time letting loose with whatever they’ve been given to work with, and we can’t wait to see how that plays out in the game and the bizarre world they’re going to be engaging with.

With Control Resonant now less than two weeks away from its launch on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, this is a great time to be reminded of just how memorable its stories and characters can get (as has usually been the case in past titles set in the Remedy-verse). Here’s hoping they’re as captivating in the new one, which the footage below proves to be a strong possibility. It better be worth those demanding specs to run it on PC, though.
