No Man's Sky Worlds Part 2

Some of us are old enough to remember when the very idea of running a game as vast as Hello Games’ No Man’s Sky on a phone would have sounded absurd.

Well, here we are. A new deep dive shows Hello Games’ long-standing flagship title running smoothly on 3rd-gen iPhones and iPads and above. That’s quite a feat considering how this one’s sprawling universe can take you to a variety of places, each with its own distinct visual style and challenges for any hardware to keep up with. That it looks as good as it does is a feat the studio should take pride in, and if the deep dive (hosted by studio co-founder Sean Murray) is any indication, this one’s been an intrinsically rewarding three-year project for those involved.

With a potential end to the adventure on the horizon, and Light No Fire on the way, this might be the best time to dive into No Man’s Sky on a device that makes it very convenient to get those quick sessions of play in when you’re on the go. The deep dive is below if you want to take a closer look before you pre-order this one ahead of its October 28th release.
