Epic’s Unreal Engine 4 footage looks pretty hot

Posted By | On 08th, Jun. 2012

Unreal Engine 4 was revealed last month along with a lot of screenshots and details, but what people craved for was to see the thing in action, and that’s exactly what we’re going to show you here. Unreal Engine 4 was shown on Spike TV and we have the footage for you which you can check out below.

It seems like the engine is already popular with third-party publishers as Epic’s Mark Rein mentioned on Twitter that they have signed a contract with a “big new Unreal Engine 4 licensee”, however he did not reveal who it was.

Unreal Development Kit has also reached 1.5 million installs according to Rein, so that’s pretty good news for Epic. Recently they said that they were pushing the platform holders – Microsoft and Sony – to make a powerful system and they’re doing everything in their power to see that happen.
