Deus Ex Mankind Divided

Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have released a brand new trailer for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, the follow up to 2012’s excellent Deus Ex: Human Revolution, today. This new trailer shows us another dark take of the Deus Ex universe, demonstrating a sort of ‘mechanical apartheid’ that took place against people with augmentations- how they were ostracized from society, and excluded.

It’s an affecting and effective trailer, and it should certainly get you intrigued at the kinds of narrative possibilities that this new game may explore. The trailer is fully live action, meaning no gameplay footage, but it’s actually really well done and well acted. I wouldn’t mind a Deus Ex TV series, that’s for sure.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be out on August 23, 2016 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Check out the new trailer for the game below, and let us know in the comments section what you think of it.
