A Hat in Time is “Coming Soon” to Nintendo Switch

The developer's support page seems to indicate a release sooner rather than later.

A Hat in Time

Gears for Breakfast has already confirmed that its loveable 3D platformer A Hat in Time will be coming to Nintendo Switch. However, it didn’t really provide any solid release date for the same. Several months later, we’re wondering if it’s even due for 2019. Thankfully, the game’s official FAQ provides somewhat of a clue.

According to support, the Switch version is “coming soon”, and the page itself will be updated when details are revealed. That doesn’t provide much solid information, but the last time a developer used the word “soon”, we got a release date for Chucklefish’s Wargroove. Perhaps we can expect a release date announcement in the coming weeks?

A Hat in Time is already available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. A free update added local split-screen co-op, and the Seal The Deal DLC offered a brand new chapter set on the Arctic Cruise for just $4.99. That means six new Time Rifts and the new Death Wish difficulty, on top of new flairs, costumes, badges, and more.
