I’m not gonna lie, I’m a twenty something year old writer with a deep love for colourful monsters and flashing lights, so when The Pokemon Company announced that they were collaborating with Famitsu Magazine to reveal a “Shocking” new Pokemon game, I freaked out.

Set to be announced this coming Tuesday, that’s August 26th, the newest Pokemon project is going to be revealed by way of a Nico Nico Livestream (which you can view HERE at 6am PST), the event is going to be called Famitsu Featuring Pokemon Special. Pokemon Company President, Tsunekazu Ishihara is even going to be there, so it must be something big!

With all that being said, there’s practically no way of knowing what this could actually be. There’s so many Pokemon games that have been rumoured, spotted and leaked that there’s too many possibilities to even begin to hazard a guess. But once the details come out, the list will be narrowed considerably. There’s the updated re-releases, Pokemon Snap HD, Pokken Fighters, Pika Detective and many more, fans want it all. But in the end, the truth will out.
