Palworld developer Pocketpair has revealed details regarding Nintendo's patent infringement lawsuit against the company.
The Pokemon developer has officially acknowledged the leak, which has seen large amounts of previously undisclosed data and information leaking online.
"At this moment, we are unaware of the specific patents we are accused of infringing upon, and we have not been notified of such details," the Japanese studio says.
"This lawsuit seeks an injunction against infringement and compensation for damages on the grounds that Palworld infringes multiple patent rights," Nintendo says.
The Japanese studio has nearly 40 open applications, including several contract positions, which will represent a roughly 18 percent increase of its workforce.
The company shares a building with Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl developer ILCA, though its exact purpose is currently unknown.

"We have not granted any permission for the use of Pokémon intellectual property or assets in that game," the company has said in an official statement.
