When it comes to Star Wars titles released for the PlayStation 2, we would hands down pick the Star Wars: Battlefront series time after time. This is a fantastic series even if you weren’t a fan of the movies, but being one does help. Star Wars: Battlefront takes players into some of the most famous fictional battles from within the Star Wars universe. From fighting on land to dogfights in space, the Battlefront series was non-stop fun.
Usually, players had to choose between various characters to battle with as they attempt to kill off each of the opposing team members but the game allowed players to unlock some of the fan favorite heroes and villains to play with as well. With a new game in the series due this year, EA could very well launch a remastered edition of the older games next year.
