Alien: Isolation

Tis the season of pre-downloads. It’s been confirmed by Major Nelson that The Creative Assembly’s Alien: Isolation is now available for pre-download on Xbox One. It could currently vary by region so make sure you hit up Xbox Live to check whether it’s available for you.

Alien: Isolation’s pre-download essentially allows you to download the game to your console in preparation for its worldwide release next week. As soon as it hits midnight on release day (again, depending on your region), you’ll be able to play it on your console.

Alien: Isolation releases on October 7th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC. It takes place during the events of the original Alien film as you fight to survive against a rampaging Xenomorph that not only takes no damage but can navigate the vents and bypass obstacles to murder you. Will you be picking it up? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
