If you are really bored of the game and level, and want to do something really weird, then this glitch is for you. When killing the last FSB’s, Makarov will lead the team to the garage where a fake ambulance awaits for the crew to escape. if you run faster than Makarov at the left side of the ambulance it will have a mechanical equipment. Jump on it and then jump on the baggage cart. After that you you can jump out of a window and you’re on the other side of the map.
