There Was Supposed to Be a Third Oracle Game
When developers had some serious trouble in trying to remake the original Zelda for the Game Boy, Miyamoto came to the rescue and came up with his idea for a trilogy called the Triforce series. During this time however the developers decided to produce the Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages and discovered that the third one was proving to be too taxing and difficult, so Capcom scaled the planned trilogy down to two titles.
