Mario reference in Advent Rising (Xbox, PC)
It is unknown what prompted the developers to put in a Mario reference in the game, maybe they really liked the game, or maybe this is some sort of foreshadowing. Regardless, many fans were kind of thrilled to see this reference in the game. One of the levels has a hidden area which leads to a Mario-style warp zone, complete with three different pipes.
