There are a lot of urban legends in video games that keep popping up and conspiracy theorists try to analyze them. But in the end it’s up to the player on how they want to interpret an incident. Take Luigi’s Mansion for instance, if you go to a certain room, stand in a precise spot and wait for lightning to strike, you can see what looks like Luigi’s shadow hanging from the ceiling. It’s like as if he had just committed suicide. Many gamers didn’t know what to make of this and many made conclusions such as Luigi is dead.
