Mario used the word Spastic
Rarely do you see Mario games in controversy, but this time many people were kind of shocked or surprised that one Mario game used the word “spastic”. Mario Party 8 was going fine, until there came a level where the blue wizard known as Kamek says: “Magikoopa magic! Turn the train spastic! Make this ticket tragic!” Spastic is a word which is considered an offensive word which refers to disabled people. This of course prompted the developers to recall the game and make sure that the word was removed from the game.
