Level Five is the highest wanted level
Like in most open world games, Watch Dogs will have a wanted system, to really tell the player, if is safe, or time to haul ass. I always thought that the wanted level system was quite impressive, because it really keeps the player in check and helps them to not go crazy. From what we’ve seen in the game play, the cops in Watch Dogs, are quite awesome, and their AI really makes them a formidable force to be reckoned with. It would be up to the player to really be careful when dealing with them.
