If things manage to heat up too much for Aiden, then he can retreat to a safe house, where he can change his clothes, weapons and customize his accessories. Aiden doesn’t get a safe house right from the beginning, but rather has to work towards a kind of headquarters, where he has access to a monitoring structure that helps him get a larger picture of Chicago.
