From crafting to being able to live on a peaceful deserted island, there’s plenty of ways the upcoming Animal Crossing: New Horizons is going to expand upon the series’ tried and tested formula. It’ll also be doing so with its customization options, with a much more robust character creator than we’ve ever seen in an Animal Crossing game. We’ve already seen it in action to give us a taste of what it’ll have in store for us, and more new details about it have also come to light.

Nintendo recently uploaded a clip showing off more of the character creator, and the clip confirms that none of the options will be locked behind gender options. All the different options to customize your eyes, hair, nose, or any other facial features will be available to you regardless of whether you’re making a male or a female character. Animal Crossing has always allowed this in the past with clothing options, so it makes sense that that will extend to customization as well. Take a look below.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is out for the Switch on March 20.
