Anno 117 Pax Romana_03

The role of governor/city builder is never over, regardless of the era, and that applies to Anno 117: Pax Romana’s post-launch support as well. In a new deep dive trailer, Ubisoft confirmed three paid DLC for Year 1, starting with the Provinces of Ash.

It adds a new island, where a volcano ominously looms. The Hippodrome is the next DLC, which adds the coliseum, a renowned pastime for the Roman Empire back in the day, where you can host chariot races. No word yet on whether there’s gladiatorial combat with the option to face the winner in a duel to the death.

Finally, there’s Dawn of the Delta, which ventures into Egypt, adding a new province and culture, which may seem odd, but considering that you can choose to rule the Celtic Albion instead of Latium, it’s a good choice.

Anno 117: Pax Romana launches on November 13th for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, with dates for its post-launch DLC to be announced. Stay tuned in the meantime.
