Respawn Entertainment has released the official gameplay trailer for Apex Legends Season 15: Eclipse. It showcases the new Legend Catalyst’s abilities in-game and the new Broken Moon map, set on Cleo. Check it out below.
Catalyst is a defensive Legend, utilizing ferrofluid in various ways. As the trailer reveals, she can reinforce doors with the material, making them more durable to set up an ambush. She can also throw it on the ground to slow opponents and even create a giant wall which seems to disorient them. We’ll wait for the next trailer to break down her abilities, but she appears to have a compelling kit.
As for Broken Moon, it offers new Zip Rails for faster travel through the map. Various points of interest include the lush Eternal Gardens and Perpetual Core, a more industrial setting. Of course, the various Battle Pass cosmetics are revealed, including new skins for Revenant, Catalyst, Loba, and more.
