Apex Legends Now Has Loot-Carrying Dragons

Well, that was out of nowhere.

Apex Legends

While the game has seen an unfortunate dropoff since it’s big debut, Apex Legends is on the verge of its second season (you can check out the details for that here). But one of the aspects of these types of ongoing games is that sometimes the unexpected can happen. One such occurrence has happened in the skies above Apex Legends.

Without seemingly any fanfare or official announcement, dragons have started to appear in Apex Legends. Some people thought the whole thing was a prank by some players, but as confirmed by multiple people over at the game’s Reddit page, they are very real. Not only that, they carry loot for those lucky enough to spot them and shoot them down. Talk about out of nowhere. You can check out a video of an Apex Legends player finding and shooting down a dragon below (courtesy of YouTube channel Asphyxia Arts).

Apex Legends is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
