Grab your cane for the next Legend.

Despite some speculation that the second season of Apex Legends didn’t do so well, EA and Respawn seem to be pretty happy with the continued activity of the game. The second season has kicked off, and of course, like all GaaS (Games as a Service) focused titles, the content is never-ending, and it seems a new Legend is being teased with some new motion capture screenshots.

Producer Tina Sanchez shared some screens with the caption “Working on Apex Legends stuff.” The screens feature some of the employees including one in a motion capture suit with a cane and what looks to be a bit of an attitude. Definitely feels like a tease for the next Legend. We have had some datamine leaks, but Respawn has mentioned that a lot of the data that was found was old.

Either way, we should be seeing a peek at that next character in the battle royale shooter relatively soon. There’s been a big, fan-requested event teased so whether they will be part of that or not remains to be seen. Apex Legends is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
