Respawn Entertainment has released a new “Stories from the Outlands” video for Apex Legends which confirms the next season and upcoming Legend. It’s Mad Maggie, Fuse’s former partner-in-crime who’s being punished for her various crimes by being sent to fight in the Apex Games. Check out the story trailer below.

The launch trailer for Season 12 – Defiance arrives on January 27th but the first details for the same have already been revealed. A new limited-time 9v9 mode Control will be available for the first three weeks of the season and sees players battling to hold control points. Respawns are unlimited and loadouts can be chosen from the outset.

Olympus also makes a return with something about the city being touted as “different.” We’ll find out more details in the coming days so stay tuned. Apex Legends: Season 12 – Defiance begins in February on Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.
