Apex Legends Season 5 - Loba

Respawn Entertainment has released the first gameplay trailer for Apex Legends Season 5: Fortune’s Favor. After revealing how Loba Andrade, the newest Legend, managed to join the battle, this new trailer showcases some of the map changes that players can expect. Check it out below.

Skulltown and Thunderdome are out thanks to Loba’s antics but the new bay plays host to a new area called Salvage. Players will also embark on a new Season Quest which sees them hunting Treasure Boxes and battling Prowlers before extracting. There’s also a new Battle Pass which provides three new Rare skins for Legends and a Legendary Hemlock skin.

We also see Loba’s skills in action. Using her staff, which seemingly scans the surroundings beforehand, she can pull a new weapon out. She also throws a disc that can teleport her to safety at a moment’s notice, providing some crazy mobility. Season 5 starts on April 12th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC – stay tuned for patch notes in the coming days.
