Developer Respawn and publisher EA have released details for the next season of Apex Legends alongside a new trailer. Titled Hunted, season 14 will also bring in Apex Legends’ newest character: Vantage. Apex Legends Season 14: Hunted is set to kick off on August 9. Check out the trailer below.

Rather than showing off any of Vantage’s gameplay, the trailer instead gives us a glimpse at the new character’s story and personality. Vantage has a survivalist perspective on life because of being raised on the barren ice planet of Págos.

The official website for Apex Legends Season 14 also indicates that the Kings Canyon map might get some changes thanks to the passage of time.

Other features coming to Apex Legends Season 14 include a new themed battle pass, and an increase to the level cap.

Respawn recently kicked off the limited-time Gaiden event, which brought limited-time cosmetics to the game alongside a returning game mode.

Apex Legends is available for free on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
