As Promised, Here Are 30 Minutes of New Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain Gameplay Footage

Simply put: Amazing.

True to his word, Kojima has released a staggering thirty minutes of brand new gameplay footage of his upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. As expected, the game looks absolutely incredible- stunning in its scope and unparalleled in its mechanics and gameplay, this game looks like Kojima’s magnum opus, and reinforces the notion that the odd numbered Metal Gear Solid games are the ones to watch out for.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain was shown off last week at E3 during Sony’s press conference, as well as behind closed doors as an extended gameplay demo; it is due out next year, presumably on the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. The game follows the events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, which was released earlier this year on all Xbox and PlayStation home console formats, directly, and presents the eleventh canon entry into the Metal Gear saga.

Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage of the game.
