Assassin’s Creed III: The Tyranny of King Washington Episode 2 Launching on March 20th

Ubisoft releases new screenshots in anticipation of the launch.

The second episode of Ubisoft’s DLC series for Assassin’s Creed III, namely The Tyranny of King Washington, will be launching on March 20th. Named “The Betrayal”, the episode will continue Connor…er, Ratonhnhaké:ton’s battle against the so-called mad King George in an alternate history settings. This episode will see gamers travel to Boston and will have new abilities like the Power of the Eagle, which allows for short jumps and quick assassinations.

Ubisoft Montreal has also released new screenshots of the episode. Check them out below.


The Betrayal will be available for 800 Microsoft Points or £7.99 for Xbox Live and PSN/PC respectively. Gamers can also pick up the Season Pass that allows access to all the DLC, present and forthcoming, for 2400 MSP or £23.99. Of course, all downloadable content will be made available on the Wii U through the Nintendo eShop.

The final episode, titled “The Redemption”, will release on April 23rd for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
