The app basically translates your smartphone or tablet into the Wii U controller, by giving you a fully interactive world map, a progress tracker that lets you keep up with the game at all times, an in game tracker for Kenway’s fleet, that lets you keep track of which of your ships you sent where, in addition to letting you assign new missions to them, and treasure maps as well as an Animus Database.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag launched recently on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3; it will also be launching on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Wii U, and PC. Check out GamingBolt’s review for the game, and stay tuned for more coverage of the title.
