Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s update 1.1.4, which is supposed to add a New Game Plus Mode to the game, was due for February… but February is almost over, and the update is nowhere in sight. Is it going to release any time soon?
Yes, it is still due out this month, but don’t expect it this week. Speaking on Twitter in response to a fan question, the official Assassin’s Creed account confirmed that the update is still due this month, but will be out next week.
That’s all we have right now, but at least it is coming soon. It makes sense that players are excited for the mode, too—New Game Plus will allegedly allow players to carry over their gear, skill, money, and stats, and allow them to play as the other character if they so choose to as well. Basically, it’s a great way of getting the full Assassin’s Creed Odyssey experience, without losing any of your progress.
