Assassin’s Creed Origins Will Receive New Game Plus Mode

Ubisoft will have "more information to share soon".

Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Origins recently received a free update that increased the Heka Chest loot pool and a quest leading into The Hidden Ones DLC (which is currently available for $10 standalone). That’s not including the Trials of the Gods limited-time event where players can battle against three different super-bosses. But for those who want even more, there’s New Game Plus also on the way.

Over on Reddit, community manager domvgt stated that, “New Game + is coming. We’ll have more information to share soon.” When the update could be expected and how the game will change remains to be seen. At the very least you can expect loot and enemy levels to be scaled up while any items and abilities earned from your Normal playthrough will carry over.

The open world action adventure will also receive another paid expansion pack on March 6th 2018 with The Curse of the Pharaohs. This will feature areas like Thebes and the Valley of the Kings along with mythical beings and undead pharaohs to fight. What are your thoughts on New Game Plus though? Let us know in the comments.
