It looks like PS3 owners might be getting the first Assassins Creed for free if they get Assassins Creed: Revelations. Ubisoft have called this a special partnership with Sony.

“Today Ubisoft announced a special partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment offering the first PlayStation®3 players of Assassin’s Creed Revelations an opportunity to relive the beginnings of the epic Assassin’s Creed saga.”

Usually PS3 has been getting a lot of third party content nowadays for plenty of games and this looks like Sony is keen to increase the PS3 sales. The game will provide closure to the Ezio’s story and possibly pave way for probably Assassins Creed 3.

The game will release on November 15th on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
