Ubisoft has formally announced that the PC version of Assassin’s Creed Rogue would be out for PC on March 10th in EMEA territories. The game originally released on previous gen platforms in November alongside Assassin’s Creed: Unity and originally wasn’t meant for PC until fans clamoured for the same.
Developed by Ubisoft Sofia – along with various other internal studios – Assassin’s Creed Rogue focuses on former Assassin turned Templar Shay Cormac. After being betrayed by the Brotherhood, Cormac joins the Templars and begins hunting his former allies across North America. New locations include the frozen North Atlantic Ocean, New York and the Appalachian River Valley. Along with new weapons, Rogue will also see the return of Black Flag’s naval combat.
If you pre-order now, you can receive one of seven Assassins’s Creed games as a bonus along with bonus packs such as The Siege of Fort de Sable and The Explorer. A Collector’s Bundle has also been revealed which includes a bonus single-player mission, artbook, lithographs and the game’s soundtrack.
