Earlier today, Ubisoft kicked off a livestream teasing the setting of the next Assassin’s Creed game, and after showing the process of the creation of its key concept art from scratch over a period of 8 hours (you can take a look at the final art above), they’ve finally unveiled the game officially. Called Assassin’s Creed Valhalla – as we reported earlier – the game does indeed take place in a Vikings setting, as has been detailed in multiple leaks over the past year.
The end of the stream also promised that a world premiere trailer for the game will be released tomorrow, April 30, at 8 AM PDT / 5 PM CEST. We can expect to find out more details about the story, the protagonist, the gameplay, and how the game looks then.
Of course, we don’t yet know when the game will be out or what platforms it will be releasing for, but that, too, is information that Ubisoft will likely share with tomorrow’s trailer- so stay tuned for that. Leaks over the past year have suggested that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be a cross-gen game.
